How do I place order?

you may send in your order to our Inbox if you prefer to place order via our FaceBook Account. All you need to do is Add Us As A Friend and follow the Order Form Format to submit your order.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes. We do ship overseas. Please use our currency converter to guide you through the exchange rate.
When is the Pre-Order Spree's processing date(s)?
Our Pre-Order Spree's processing dates will be on the 1st and 16th of every month. Sometimes there may be a couple of days delay due to unforeseen circumstances. You can send in your order anytime and they will be processed at the next available date.
For pre-order goods, we would only place order for all our customers after the closing date so a certain time frame of waiting is inevitable (2 - 4 weeks). Please only shop with us if you're patient and willing to wait. Thank you!
Goods will usually come in two weeks' times but there may be delay for various reasons such as out of stock items, suppliers are too busy/out of town, customs clearance, public holidays, etc. Please understand that we are not the ones delaying your order and we will always follow up with whatever situation arises.
How long will it take to deliver?
After we have placed order from our suppliers, it will take about 2 weeks to reach us and we will post the goods the very next day after checking and sorting them out.
Sometimes shipment may delay up to 3 weeks if our suppliers receive too many orders and/which result in out of stock items.
Customers within Australia may take 1 - 5 business days to receive your goods depending on location and delivery method. International shipment may take up to 3 weeks or more.
How long can I take to pay after I've received my order invoice?
To confirm your order, it is advised to pay within 2 days. But as long as you pay before the processing date for the current batch (1st & 16th monthly), it is fine as well.
Your order will either be cancelled (if you never pay) or brought forward to the next batch (after you've paid).
Please take note that customers who sent in their orders then went missing; or cancelled their orders after invoices have been sent to them will be blacklisted if it happens more than once. We entertain serious buyers only.
Can I cancel my order after I've made payment?
No, we do not accept cancellations of order after payment has been made unless the goods run of out stock. In that case, we will make a full refund to you.
What if there are Out of Stock items in my order?
In the case where out of stock item occurs, you may choose to replace it with another item, or you may choose to drop the item.

In the case where items are being dropped when you've already made full payment, we will keep hold of the excess credits and automatically charge the remaining balances to your future orders.
Alternatively, you could request for a refund if you think you would not shop with us anymore or whatsoever reasons, we will make a full refund for the OOS item(s) in your order. All you need to do is provide us with your banking details.
We urge our customers to keep in close contact with us, i.e. to check your emails regularly, whenever you've placed an order with us. If you do not get back to us in time, we will just drop that particular item without waiting for your confirmation. We can't wait too long for your reply and we certainly want to avoid all customers' orders of the same batch being delayed. Thanks for your cooperation.
NOTE** Items running out of stocks are inevitable as many of the products are in huge demand. We do not like it when that happens but we have no control over it as we are not the manufacturer. Thanks for your understanding.
Can I do return or exchange after I've received my order?
No, we do not do return or exchange after we have posted your goods. Customers are advised to study the measurement chart carefully upon purchasing.
What if the item is faulty/damaged?
We do not accept return/exchange for damaged goods as we perform quality checks to make sure all items are sent in good condition. It would be the delivery man's responsibility once we've posted your goods.
If the goods were already damaged when we received them, we certainly won't post them to you - that's our guarantee!
It is unlikely for goods to be damaged during dispatch as they are not fragile goods. So far, we have never received any complaints regarding faulty/damaged goods.
What if my parcel is lost or stolen during dispatch?
We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. Please provide us the most accurate information when you submit your orders.
We will not be held responsible for items lost during the shipping process. It would be the delivery man's responsibility once the package is shipped.
If you want to be on the safe side, you may request your goods to be sent with Registered Post.

What is T/C material?
T/C material means Cotton and Polyester, usually 35% Cotton and 65% Polyester.
Can I try on the clothes/shoes before I buy?
It is impossible to try on the clothes/shoes upon purchasing because most of our products are pre-order imported goods, provided that we are an online-based business with no brick and mortar store in any Perth locations.
But for ready stocks, we are happy to let you try them on if you wish. All you need to do is to contact us and arrange a time with us beforehand.
How do I know whether the apparels/footwears will fit me?
All our products come with their own individual size chart. Please study the chart carefully before making a purchase.
