What delivery methods are available?
1) Pick Up
Pick Up is ONLY available to Perth customers and the location is in East Perth ONLY. The exact address will be given via email after your goods are ready to be picked up. Please only choose this method if you're willing and able to pick up your goods in person during weekdays from 7pm to 9pm.
2) Ordinary
Goods will be sent via AUSPost using Ordinary Satchel/Padded Envelope/Postpak Mailing Box. This is the most economical and popular method.
3) Ordinary + Registered
If you are concerned with loss or theft of your parcel, you may want your parcel to be sent with Registered Post.
4) Express Post
If you prefer faster delivery (next business day delivery guaranteed), you may request to have your goods sent via Express Post.
5) Express Post Platinum
If you require speed, signature on delivery and online tracking, this option is for you.
6) International Registered Post Parcel
All international orders will be sent via this method.

How much does the postage and handling fee cost?
REGISTERED POST
AUD$2.80 Extra
APPARELS/CLOTHINGS
For any orders bigger than that, we will advise you the exact postage fee after confirmation of order.
The postage fee for Winter Wears will differ as they weigh heavier.
BEAUTY PRODUCTS
Beauty Products will be sent via AUSPost Padded Envelope. Postage fee depends on the weight and quantity of your order. We will advise you the total shipping fee after order confirmation. One or two products should be around AUD$6.00 within Australia.
BAGS
All goods will be sent via AUSPost Satchel, Padded Envelope or Postpak Mailing Box depending on quantity of purchase. Postage fee will be based on weight and destination. For customers in Perth, the estimated postage fee for one bag is AUD$6.00 and AUD$8.00 for customers in other Aussie states.
SHOES
All goods will be sent via AUSPost Postpak Mailing Box by weight. For customers in Perth, the estimated postage fee for two pairs of shoes is AUD$10.00.

Two Pairs of Shoes - AUD$18.00
Three Pairs of Shoes - AUD$22.00
Four Pairs of Shoes - AUD$24.00
Please note that if you combine your shoes order with other stuffs; say, clothes for example, the estimated shipping fee for shoes would be higher depending on the quantity of clothes.
Customers will need to pay an approximate shipping fee together with the total cost for their orders first as we would actually need to lodge your order and have it weigh to know the exact shipping charges. This can also help us to post your goods without delay and save us time from visiting the post office twice.
The approximate shipping cost will be calculated using AUSPost Rate by weight. After lodging and sending your goods, we will refund the excess shipping charges if any. However, when the shipping cost exceeds by quite a huge amount then you would need to pay the extra shipping cost which we've paid on behalf of our customers. If the shipping fee only exceeds very little, you do not have to pay extra as we will cover that for you and VICE VERSA.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Postage and shipping fee will be calculated using Australia Post (AUSPost) Rate. You may calculate the estimated shipping charges using the Postage Assessment Calculator or you may contact us for an estimated shipping rate to your country by telling us what you would like to purchase.
